What are your shipping options?
Our primary carrier will be Canada Post, list of possible locations can be found here International destination listing | Canada Post . Shipping within NA are 3-7 business days, we can’t assume anything outside of NA. It’s best to give up to 14 days
Is shipping insurance included, and can I track my shipment?
General commissions are lettermail sized (245 mm x 156 mm x 5 mm). Standard lettermail does not include insurance, tracking, and guaranteed delivering times. It is a basic and low-cost option that has been reliable. You can contact us to upgrade to registered mail (signature on delivery, tracking, and insurance coverage). It's generally only recommended for orders $50+.
How do you handle returns and exchanges for shipped artwork?
Previews of art or packages will be sent prior to shipping. No returns or exchanges once shipped
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
You can include orders <50g by lettermail. Anything >50g will be sent in separate packages or through registered mail
